“On a scale of 1 to 10, would you recommend our emergency department to a friend?” …You don’t pick the ER like a restaurant. “Come on, I know a place.”
“Did the waiting time meet your expectations?” My expectations? I’d been waiting six hours. In the end, yes: it even exceeded them.
“Was our staff smiling?” The surgeon? I don’t know. I hope he was looking at something other than his good mood.
